Travel, for me, is a journey that starts long before the suitcase is packed and stays with you long after you return home. It begins with the idea of a holiday, and every step from booking, anticipating, and even checking in at the airport are all part of the experience.

 

Over the years, travelling extensively and working in the airline & hotel industries has taught me to slow down, notice the details, and connect with people and places in meaningful ways. My love of travel comes from my upbringing. Family, food, and conversation were always central, and growing up with Italian heritage, stories and movement from other places felt natural.

 

Volunteering in the community has helped me bring those skills to life. Organising events and welcoming newcomers has strengthened my ability to guide, connect, and create shared experiences all of which I use every day as a tour host.

 

My greatest joy is sharing experiences. Introducing people to places I love, helping them see destinations through fresh eyes, and creating moments of curiosity, laughter, and connection. Being a tour host allows me to do this every day, making the journey itself as special as the destination.

 

Travel isn’t a break from life; it’s a way of engaging with it fully, and I feel lucky to share that journey with others.
